Kelly is an enthusiastic young engineer who has established herself as a leader amongst young engineers in her 3 years at URS. In addition to gaining broad experience on environmental and civil engineering projects as a project manager, Kelly has taken on design challenges in large multidisciplinary projects, troubleshooting of wastewater treatment plants, Site Supervisor for a landfill construction project and Environmental Manager for a large transport infrastructure project. Kelly leads a team of graduates at URS in developing and implementing the Graduate Development Program and drives their graduates to pursue new avenues in their professional development. In her role as Vice-Chair of Young Engineers Australia Sydney, Kelly actively inspires future engineers and works with Engineers Without Borders to promote engineering aid and organise fundraising events.
