Over the past 4 years Victor has worked continuously towards improving his capabilities both as an engineer and more recently as a manager, through project work, training and involvement in PB's Professional Growth Network (PGN) as a national core committee member. His role as Section Operations Manager for the Water Group involves people management and contributing to the operation of a large consulting firm. Victor is an active member of the Think One Team Program run by PB's Adelaide office for emerging professionals, which aims to achieve 'big picture' and 'one team' thinking in the office. Victor is further developing skills in project and general management by undertaking a Professional Management Program at the University of Adelaide.
