This project investigates contemporary theories and practices surrounding Production and Operations Management, application of these findings to the Australian Aviation Industry and a drawing of comparisons to an individual aviation service provider. Findings made during literature research are reinforced with strong focus on one-on-one interviewing and a survey research methodology.
