URS carried out the design, documentation and construction certification for this project which included the design of: mine access roads, rail loop and connection to the Mudgee Line, surface water dams, earthworks and foundations for coal preparation plant/ROM pad/stockpile and amenities area, workshop building/refuelling station and truck wash down facilities, site services including potable water/fire services/communications and sewerage, surface water drainage system and bunding, water supply pumps/pipelines and power.
