The Towns Place North re-development comprises the adaptive reuse of a 2-storey timber office building constructed in 1910 adjacent to Walsh Bay Pier 8/9. The unique structural scheme adopted for the project allowed the substructure to be completely rebuilt whilst the existing timber superstructure was retained and refurbished.
