Brisbane City Council commissioned GHD to carry out a detailed engineering and environmental feasibility study and impact assessment study of the proposed Hale Street link. The study incorporated a new bridge across the Brisbane River, changes to the road network, public transport improvements, pedestrian and cycling improvements, an IAS and urban design and planning outcomes.
