This project presents the geotechnical and geo-environmental aspects of the design and construction of one of the world's deepest soil bentonite groundwater barrier wall, on the Hunter River, NSW. It is part of a $110M remediation program of the former Steelworks site at Newcastle by the Regional Land Management Corporation (RLMC).
