Morgan has been employed by Costin Roe consulting for three years. Since Joing the firm Morgan has demonstrated the special attributes required for a leader. He is able to interact with all people in a posititve way. This includes clients, his peers and support staff. It is our view that these qualities that Morgan possesses will ensure that he will become a true leader. We believe therefore that he should be recognised and encouraged to enhance these skills.
