This thesis involved research, analysis and development to create an intergrated Project Management framework to assist Project managers in the quality management of Engineering Projects. The result was the development of a standard corporate framework for a 'Project Quality Plan', which was proven to significantly improve the quality performance of an engineering project through all phases and result in significant cost savings for an engineering consultancy compnay when implemented.
