All building services disciplines and acoustics were consulted upon by NDY on this project . The acoustics advice allowed for the design of structurally isolated construction housing specific broadcast spaces. The building services concepts utilised computer modelling to facilitate a mixed-mode foyer environment . All air handling systems and electrical & communications were designed for future flexibility within strict acoustics requirements. The building is designed to 4-5 star ABGR rating.
