The Tullamarine-Calder Interchange redevelopment is the first road infrastructure project in Victoria to be delivered as an alliance. Parsons Brinckerhoff, VicRoads and Baulderstone Hornibrook formed the alliance that delivered the project. The 2km interchange achieved practical completion 5 months ahead of schedule and 5% under budget.
