The recently constructed BIANCO industrial site utilizes swales and ponds to collect, clean and store site stormwater for the purpose of reuse in irrigation, building washdown facility supply and toilet flushing. This onsite storage and reuse has reduced the offsite stormwater discharge by 75%, with future provisions for aquifer recharge.
