NDY were responsible for the upgrade of all of the building services at 259 George St. This was particularly challenging as the building remained in operation throughout the refurbishment project. The project scope included detailed condition audit of many of the existing systems to assess their suitability and future life. This included to main reticulation pipework, chillers, generators and control systems.
