Connell Wagner provided all building services, structure, civil and façade engineering for this 4.5 Star ABGR building which utilises an underfloor air distribution system with air delivered via a raised access floor to provide considerable energy savings and improved environmental conditions. This is the first time this technique has been applied to a large commercial development in Australia. The suspended luminaries uplight the ceiling and provide world’s best practice ‘indirect’ lighting for occupant comfort.
