The fire safety engineering analysis on this project accommodated the provision for dangerous goods to pass through the tunnel and provided a precedent for tunnel analysis best practice including the involvement of multiple stakeholders, risk evaluation, design fire agreement, evaluation techniques, stakeholder verification, review and finalization procedures.
