Stockland's new head office forms over eight floors in an existing high rise building. Open atrium and stair interconnection was wanted over all eight floors to meet business and ESD objectives. The open interconnection was achieved using performance based fire engineering. The design included the first ever use in Australia of horizontal fire curtains.
