Aurecon undertook the Structural, Civil, Facade, Security and Fire Life Safety design for the QR$800m QSTP. This technology innovation hub is a key initiative of Qatar Foundation in its drive to diversity the economy, create highly skilled jobs and to establish Qatar as a knowledge economy in the Middle East. Qatar has built a world-class environment for companies to develop their technology, including a business incubator to help technology start-ups. The QSTP project is of the highest modern architectural appearance, with an innovative and distinctive look, utilising high quality materials and superior quality finishes, and incorporating historic architecture.

Australia - PNG Incentive Fund
Papua New Guinea

APNGIF supports local organisations in PNG to participate in and contribute to PNG national development. APNGIF has contributed significantly to poverty reduction in communities by enabling PNG based organisations to implement activities in key sectors including agriculture, water, education, health and rural infrastructure. Areas of focus include village and community health and hygiene, increase in child immunisation, hospital wards, clinics, teacher houses, classrooms, university facilities, computer laboratories, markets, roads and bridges.

Three Delta Towns Water Supply &
Sanitation Project

GHD has played an integral role in the ground-breaking Three Delta Towns project that has resulted in radically improved water supply for 140,000 people across three towns. GHD managed all the planning, design and procurement activities for the required for the water supply, drainage and solid waste management infrastructure.

Indonesia Australia Specialised Training Project Phase 111
Indonesia

IASTP III provided specialist training to develop the skills of targeted beneficiaries in the public and private sectors in Indonesia. This led to improved economic management, governance practices and delivery of basic social services.
GHD provided all project management including procurement of training design and delivery (via subcontractors), logistics, personnel, quality control and training management.
